Algonquin Park is one of the most famous national parks in Canada. It is probably best known around the world for the beautiful coloured leaves in the fall, millions of people have visited and we are blessed to live close by. To me the park holds many childhood memories as a loved yearly (or more often) destination to visit. Driving through the park I remembered the numerous visits my grandparents took my brother and I on, with various family members and friends. Swimming at the beaches, picnics, camping, canoeing, hiking, biking, visiting the sites and watching wildlife. I have been so often it is almost just apart of who I am, I didn’t think about the fact that my kids had yet to see it – to learn about it, and create their own memories there.
I am Amy-Lynn, busy mom to six kids. I survive my daily thanks to take-out pizza, coffee, and faith in Jesus. Come along for the journey, and share in my story.
