I apologize for the lack of activity across social media as of late, we have been extremely busy round these parts. Between family commitments, finishing up the addition, moving my grandparents, and starting school – I feel like we are running in every direction with full steam. My grandparents have settled into their new apartment, and we have had a few weeks with them living “with us” under our belt. This rainy afternoon was a perfect time to edit the photos I took last month and share the addition progress with you. It is funny now to look back and see how the space has changed with the addition of furniture, photos, and little touches that have been added since moving in.
There were a few quiet weeks on the addition, things were definitely happening just nothing with much “wow” to watch. I thought it was due for an update all the same and as added excitement the windows and doors showed up on Friday, and that was definitely fun to watch! They have been working on the plumbing and running electrical wire throughout thespace. This week begins the inside walls and possibly painting!?!?!?
Yesterday was Grandma’s 83rd birthday! We made a plan to go down to wish her a happy birthday after we had a quick dinner.
